Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (UNISSULA) organisers are proud to announce collaboration with the geotechnical engineering, transportation and coastal community and would like to call your attention to the InFInID 2021 (International Forum on Integrated Infrastructure Development), which will take place in Semarang, Indonesia from 21– 22 September 2021.
The conferences will be a premier platform for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of Civil Engineering (Geotechnics ,Transportation & Highway and Coastal Engineering). The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the materials and processes field of interest from around the world. The conference aims to establish scientific link at international level for sharing and disseminating valuable information on activities in Civil Engineering researches in developing countries.
Due to the extraordinary global health issue with the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), InFInID 2021 will be held mixed mode, physical and virtual on 21–22th September 2021.
As you may be aware, the global health crisis with coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a unique challenge that has affected by many participants to this conference. Governments around the world are now issuing restrictions on travel, gatherings, and meetings in an effort to limit and slow the spread of the virus. The health and safety of the participants and speakers is our first priority and UNISSULA and UTM are supporting these efforts.
Following the advice and guidelines from healthcare officials and local authorities, InFInID 2021 will now be held virtually and face-to-face conference on 21-22 September 2021. Information and instructions on how to prepare for a virtual presentation will be sent separately.
With regards of the InFInID 2021 conference in Semarang Indonesia, the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), integrity and quality of the research and content will remain and now be experienced in the mix mode environment.
