Master of Engineering (MEng) (Transportation and Highway)


The objective of M. Eng. course in Transportation & Highway Engineering is to provide in-depth understanding in the analysis and design of transportation and highway systems. The students will study advanced transportation system, geometric design, highway materials, pavement design, construction and maintenance. The course is also designed to provide skills for continuing studies and research in respective areas.

Admission Requirements
Candidates should hold a good honours bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or equivalent.  A degree with working experience will also be considered for admission. 

Credit Requirements
A student must complete 40 credits for graduation. It consists of:

Duration of Study:
Full Time: 3-6 Semesters
Part Time: 4-8 Semesters
